Situated within the most densely populated market in the United States, the Site is in the Bloomfield Section of Staten Island at the southeast foot of theGoethals Bridge, southwest of the interchange of the Staten Island Expressway and the West Shore Expressway (RT. 440). Bounded on the west by the Arthur Kill Waterway, it adjoins one of the three primary
container terminals in the PONYNJ. It is also bisected by rail which is owned by the New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC).

The Site is 11/2 miles from Exit 13 of the New Jersey Turnpike and will serve over 60 million people within an 8-hour truck drive.
